We had a great
weekend and the Walkers had an incredible time. We raised over $7 million in the fight against breast cancer and you were
a huge part of that accomplishment! Your hard work and dedication are truly a testament to the fact that some
people really do believe in making this world a better place. The Avon Walk for Breast Cancer wouldn't exist without Volunteers
like you and we certainly couldn't pull off an event of this magnitude
without your selfless dedication.
Whether your job this weekend was checking in participants, setting up tables and chairs,
assisting Walkers with their tents, cheering on the Walkers along the route, helping to move signs and barricades,
assisting with traffic flow or handing out water, t-shirts, Walk Talks, snacks and more - you helped us reach our goal of
celebrating our Walkers and this cause. I hope you had fun (I know I did!) and that you continue to volunteer
with us here at the Avon Walk.
