New Inspiration
I was browsing through the web and found this website ymib.com.  One of the authors Erica Taylor had an article that really touched me and I thought that sharing with everyone was the best thing I could do. Many of us don't realize the things we do to ourselves and the peolple around us are not healthy.  But read for yourself, maybe something she says can touch you the way that it has touched me.

Affirmations to Go!

Speaking of positivity within our lives can make a huge difference in how we react to the daily challenges and rewards that life throws our way. The power of thought is powerful, but the power of speech is even more powerful. Telling your self out loud that you can achieve or reach your dreams, or get through an obstacle on a daily basis is a great exercise to stay renewed and motivated. Many times with all the hustle and bustle, the people that we are surrounded by have so much going on within their own lives, that we cannot always depend on them to give us continuous inspiration and motivation. Affirmations are statements of acceptance and acknowledgment of yourself and your surroundings. Before beginning any affirmation you must first take a moment to relax, breathe properly, believe in yourself, and honor what you say as truth. Here are some positive and motivational affirmations that you can try saying. Try rewriting them out on a pretty piece of aper and framing them or posting them up on your refrigerator, in your office, in your car, near your front door, on your nightstand, or even in your bathroom, so when you first wake up, you can recite it and begin your new day with strength and positivity.

Communication:

“I am a woman of the Most High and the words that come from my mouth shall speak of my heart. I honor my strength and wisdom, I honor my abundance of power, and within all of my strengths I will honor my weakness. I am a woman of the most High, and the words that come from my mouth shall speak of my heart with understanding, truth, and love.”

Fear:

I have the courage to face my obstacles. I surround myself with knowledge, as fear is only the reaction of what I do not understand. No harm will touch me, no evil will cast a spell on me. I am a woman of courage and my creator and my ancestors are always with me. I am never alone. Fear does not frighten me and I have the courage to face my obstacles.

Anger:

Anger does not bring out the best of me and I will not let my emotions move me the wrong way. I will take a deep breath in to understand and evaluate my anger, and I will take a deep breath out to release my anger and to offer forgiveness. I will lower my tone, and speak firmly but not emotionally. Anger does not bring out the best of me and I will not let my emotions move me the wrong way.

Self-Esteem & Inspiration:

I am important, I am beautiful. No one can compare to me as I am an original painting from the creator. I will no longer feel sorry for myself, but I will rise up with the sun and shine and know that I may not see the sun everyday but it's beauty is always there. I am here with shining beauty. I am a sun and understand that others may not can see me, but I am still here. I have recognized my beauty. I am important, I am beautiful, and no one can compare to me as I am an original painting from the creator.

Worry & Acceptance:

The laws of nature will work out for my best. I know that I have the strength to accept, and I know that I have the wisdom not to worry. Things will happen as they are suppose to be and I will not argue nor defame natures course. Nature is my mother and She always knows what is best for me. My creator and my ancestors will get me through this time. There is no need to worry because the laws of nature will work out for my best.
